Who we act for

Copyright belongs to whoever made the work. That principle doesn't change based on what industry someone is in, so we act for rights holders on any side of a dispute — publishers, studios, creators, and businesses whose own content gets stolen. We've filed on behalf of the Entertainment Software Association, and we've filed for independent operators against people copying their work. Both are the same job.

What we don't do is act against someone we already act for, or take a case that conflicts with an existing client's interests. If a request would put us on both sides of the same dispute, we turn it down and say why. We'd rather lose the work than have a client wonder who we're actually working for.

Any rights holder, any side Never against an existing client No conflicting instructions Nothing built to silence criticism

Process

How a case runs.

Four stages, in order. You get told where your case is at every one of them.

01

Submit the case

Send the links and proof of ownership. No account access needed, ever.

02

Evidence & drafting

Infringement is documented and the notice is drafted to the platform's exact requirements.

03

Filed & chased

Notice goes in through the right channel, then gets followed up until it moves. Nothing is needed from you at this stage.

04

Removed & watched

Content comes down, and reuploads get monitored so it doesn't come straight back.

Check your case

Can your case actually be won?

Three questions, then an honest read — including when the answer is that you don't need to pay anyone at all.

Where is it happening?
The platform decides which process applies.
What's the situation?
Pick whichever is closest.
Do you own the rights to the material?
Either you created it, or you have written authorisation from whoever did.
Pricing

What it costs.

YouTube strike removal has a flat published rate. Everything else is priced per case, because a Shopify store, a Discord appeal and a search de-index are not the same job. Quotes are confirmed before any work starts.

For agencies

Enforcement your clients never see us doing.

If you manage creators, channels or brands, copyright problems land on your desk and there is usually nothing you can do about them. We work behind you. Your client deals with you, the work gets done, and our name never appears anywhere in the process.

01

Fully white-label

Filed on the rights holder's behalf. Nothing traces back to us, and your client has no reason to know we exist.

02

Volume pricing

Rates drop with throughput. If you're sending cases regularly, you're not paying the one-off price.

03

One point of contact

Send cases straight to us and get updates back you can pass on in your own words, on your own timeline.

04

You keep the margin

Price it into your retainer however you like. What you charge your client is entirely your business.

05

Priority queue

Agency cases jump the general queue, because your client is waiting on you and you're waiting on us.

06

Retainer or per case

Some agencies keep a monthly block of cases on hand. Others send them as they come. Both work.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Including the awkward ones. If yours isn't here, ask on Discord.

Do you need access to my account?

No. Nothing is filed from your account and no login details are ever needed. Everything runs through the proper rights-holder channels, so you keep full control of your channel or store the whole time.

What if it doesn't work?

If we can't complete your case, you get your money back. Not completed means the outcome you paid for wasn't achieved: the strike is still there, the content is still up, the account wasn't reinstated. Cases that genuinely can't succeed get flagged up front rather than taken on and quietly dropped, so you usually know before paying anything. If a case hasn't moved 30 days after filing we'll tell you, and you choose whether to take the refund or have us keep pushing. Refunds are paid in 5 to 14 working days. Full detail, including the handful of situations it doesn't cover, is in the terms.

Do I have to file anything myself?

No. We work the retraction route rather than counter-notifications, so there's no form for you to submit and no process to follow at your end. You send the links and proof of ownership, and that's the whole of your involvement.

It also keeps your details private. A counter-notification requires your name and physical address, and that gets passed to whoever filed the claim. Retraction avoids that entirely, and a retracted strike can't be reinstated afterwards.

Can I just get advice, without hiring you?

Yes. Ask and you'll get an honest opinion on your case — whether it can be won, which route fits, and what it would realistically take. That includes telling you when you'd be better off waiting it out or handling it yourself, which happens more often than you'd expect. The advice is free either way.

How long does it take?

Faster than most people expect. Straightforward YouTube strike removals frequently land the same day — clients have reported single strikes gone in under an hour, and five removed in half an hour. 10 to 14 days is the outside case, not the norm.

Appeals and terminated-account recoveries take longer, because those sit in the platform's own review queues, which nobody outside the platform can see into. You get an honest estimate at the start and updates as it moves, rather than silence until it's done.

I paid someone else and they failed. Why is this different?

It's a fair question, and it's happened to clients here before. The difference is where the removal comes from: strikes retracted at source can't be reinstated by the claimant later, which is usually where cheaper services fall down. Case progress stays visible to you throughout.

Which platforms are covered?

YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Reddit, eBay, Shopify, Google, Cloudflare and others. YouTube is what most people come for, but coverage is far wider. If your platform isn't listed, ask.

You act for the ESA and you also run a cheat brand. Isn't that a conflict?

It's a fair question and worth answering directly. Copyright enforcement is about who owns a piece of work, not about approving of the owner's business. A studio owns its game footage; an independent operator owns the artwork, code and videos they made. Both are entitled to have their material protected, and we've acted for both.

What we won't do is act against a client we already represent, or take instructions that conflict with an existing client's interests. If a case would put us on both sides of the same dispute, we decline it and explain why. Those rules are set out in our terms, and we'd rather turn work away than have anyone wondering who we're really acting for.

Can I stay anonymous?

Client details aren't published without permission. The clients named on this page all agreed to be. Enforcement filings do require accurate rights-holder information, and what that means for your case gets explained before anything is submitted.

Will I know what's happening with my case?

Yes. Every case gets a reference code the moment it's submitted — save it from the confirmation screen and quote it in any message. You'll be told when the notice is filed, when a platform responds, and when it's resolved, rather than being left in silence until it's done.

How do I pay?

Bitcoin and Litecoin as standard, with card available on request. Payment is due in full before work starts, though on larger cases we can agree 50% up front and the balance on completion. We're not VAT registered, so the price quoted is the total payable. Quotes are agreed before work starts, so there are no surprise charges partway through.
