Copyright belongs to whoever made the work. That principle doesn't change based on what industry someone is in, so we act for rights holders on any side of a dispute — publishers, studios, creators, and businesses whose own content gets stolen. We've filed on behalf of the Entertainment Software Association, and we've filed for independent operators against people copying their work. Both are the same job.
What we don't do is act against someone we already act for, or take a case that conflicts with an existing client's interests. If a request would put us on both sides of the same dispute, we turn it down and say why. We'd rather lose the work than have a client wonder who we're actually working for.

No. Nothing is filed from your account and no login details are ever needed. Everything runs through the proper rights-holder channels, so you keep full control of your channel or store the whole time.
If we can't complete your case, you get your money back. Not completed means the outcome you paid for wasn't achieved: the strike is still there, the content is still up, the account wasn't reinstated. Cases that genuinely can't succeed get flagged up front rather than taken on and quietly dropped, so you usually know before paying anything. If a case hasn't moved 30 days after filing we'll tell you, and you choose whether to take the refund or have us keep pushing. Refunds are paid in 5 to 14 working days. No. We work the retraction route rather than counter-notifications, so there's no form for you to submit and no process to follow at your end. You send the links and proof of ownership, and that's the whole of your involvement.
It also keeps your details private. A counter-notification requires your name and physical address, and that gets passed to whoever filed the claim. Retraction avoids that entirely, and a retracted strike can't be reinstated afterwards.
Yes. Ask and you'll get an honest opinion on your case — whether it can be won, which route fits, and what it would realistically take. That includes telling you when you'd be better off waiting it out or handling it yourself, which happens more often than you'd expect. The advice is free either way.

Appeals and terminated-account recoveries take longer, because those sit in the platform's own review queues, which nobody outside the platform can see into. You get an honest estimate at the start and updates as it moves, rather than silence until it's done.
It's a fair question, and it's happened to clients here before. The difference is where the removal comes from: strikes retracted at source can't be reinstated by the claimant later, which is usually where cheaper services fall down. Case progress stays visible to you throughout.

It's a fair question and worth answering directly. Copyright enforcement is about who owns a piece of work, not about approving of the owner's business. A studio owns its game footage; an independent operator owns the artwork, code and videos they made. Both are entitled to have their material protected, and we've acted for both.
What we won't do is act against a client we already represent, or take instructions that conflict with an existing client's interests. If a case would put us on both sides of the same dispute, we decline it and explain why. Those rules are set out in our terms, and we'd rather turn work away than have anyone wondering who we're really acting for.
Client details aren't published without permission. The clients named on this page all agreed to be. Enforcement filings do require accurate rights-holder information, and what that means for your case gets explained before anything is submitted.
Yes. Every case gets a reference code the moment it's submitted — save it from the confirmation screen and quote it in any message. You'll be told when the notice is filed, when a platform responds, and when it's resolved, rather than being left in silence until it's done.
